Deluxe carries thousands of items from over 40 different product categories ranging from kitchen products, per supplies, apparel, cell phone accessories and much more.
Only businesses and organizations that have a valid Resellers Permit are allowed to purchase from Deluxe.
We currently supply all kinds of business ranging from large supermarket chains to independent drug stores and online sellers all over the country.
Free Shipping Items do not add into the total cost of freight for your order.
If your order consists of all Free Shipping Items then your order will ship Free!
If your order consists of both Free Ship and standard shipping items then the shipping calculator will only take into account the standard ship items.
The Deluxe Select program is our fastest and easiest way to shop. All Deluxe Select items ship for Free and will ship the Next Business Day. If your order consists of both Deluxe Select eligible items and standard shipping items then you can choose to have separate shipments for faster delivery or ship together. Deluxe Select items will ship Next Business Day and regular items following a few days later with a second shipment if this option is selected.
Deluxe does not currently offer shipping outside of the continental USA. We do offer free shipping on many items and orders directly to your freight forwarder.
Deluxe offers a variety of different shipping options to make shipping as quick, easy and cheap as possible. We offer hundreds of items with Free Shipping including our Deluxe Select Program. Also, any order over $1,500 qualifies for Free Shipping (in the continental USA). Any items that do not qualify for free shipping will have freight charges added based off the table on the link below. Shipping, Returns & Terms
Our items are tagged as either Next Day Shipping Items (Deluxe Select) or "Standard Shipping Item".
If your order consists of all Next Day Shipping Items it will ship the following business day.
If your order consists of all Standard Shipping Items it will ship in about 3-5 business days.
If your order consists of both types then at the time of checkout you will have an option to select "Deluxe Select Ships Right Away". This will inform our staff to ship the Next Day Ship Items right away and the balance of the order in about 3-5 business days.
Deluxe accepts multiple forms of payment. At the time of checkout you can choose from the following options for payment: 1) Credit Card 2) Wire Transfer 3) Check by Mail 4) Terms (If approved for credit) 5) Submit to Sales Rep (Which submits the order as a quote for final approval)
Yes, we offer terms to qualified customers. If you wish to apply for terms please contact your sales representative to request a Terms Application Form.
In the unlikely event that you have a product that was sent by mistake, does not meet the description or expectations that you would like to return, please contact your sales representative within 7 days of receiving the goods to request a merchandise return.
In the unlikely event that you have a damaged product, please contact your sales representative within 7 days of receiving the goods. If there are damages, Deluxe will stand behind its products and services, and will pickup the damaged goods and replace them or issue a credit for the damaged goods only.
There are 2 options for this unfortunate situation: 1) We will create a backorder and will ship the product to you when it's back in stock. 2) We can cancel the item(s) and issue a full refund if the order has already been paid for. Your sales representative will be in contact with you to discuss any options for sold out items.
To create a wish list, please go under my account and click "Create Wishlist". Then to add products to that wish list simply click the Heart or Save button for each item.
